Services

As part of our inspection process, I will review the following:

Exterior: grading, walls, covering, patios/decks, patio covers, sidewalks/driveways, soffit/fascias, doors/windows/trim, gutters/downspouts, retaining walls, fences/gates.

Structure: foundation, crawl space, footings/columns, floors, walls, chimneys.

Roofing: structure, coverings, flashings, skylights, vents/stacks.

Electrical: service drop conductors, grounding, panels/sub panels, circuits, outlets, GFCI’s, circuit integrity.

Heating and air-conditioning: description, combustion systems, AC components, supply/discharge lines, venting, ductwork/registers, controls/thermostats.

Plumbing: main supply line, the distribution lines, fixtures, vents/traps/drains, functional flow.

Insulation: attic, walls, crawl space, floors, lines, ductwork, air/vapor barriers.

Interior: walls, ceilings, windows, floors, doors, stairs, fireplaces, smoke detectors.

Bloomington, Hopkins, Maplewood and South St. Paul
Single Family	$180.00

West St. Paul and South St. Paul rental
Price will be based on the number of units, please call us for a quote

Private Home Inspections
Town home/Condo	$250.00
Up to 1500 sq. ft	$300.00
1500 to 2500 sq. ft	$350.00
*Duplex	$400.00
*Add $25.00 for any additional mechanical and/or electrical component (Furnace, electric panel, AC, etc).

Multifamily same as above prices plus $100.00 per additional unit.

Environmental testing. Radon (with inspection)	$100.00
Radon (By itself)	$150.00

CO and combustible gases are included in the standard inspection.

There will be a $20.00 discount for first time home buyers and for those who complete the "Home Stretch" class.

Payments can be made by cash or check to INSPECTUCASA or IC Inspections. Payment is due at the inspection.

Inspections can always be negotiated on individual basis and needs. We will always meet any competitor's price.
